4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Standard Shipping: Orders are delivered within 10-15 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Tracking information will be provided via email upon shipment.

  • International Orders: Customers are responsible for any additional customs fees, taxes, or duties. While we strive to minimize such costs, they are beyond our control.

  • Risk of Loss: Once the package is handed to the carrier, the risk of loss transfers to you. However, contact us at support@olkicks.com if your package is lost or damaged, and we will assist you.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • All Sales Are Final: We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or there is a fulfillment error.

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: Contact us at support@olkicks.com within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide a replacement or store credit if eligible.

  • Sale or Promotional Items: Items purchased during sales or promotions are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Please contact us before initiating a return.

  • Orders can be canceled within 3 hours of placement or before they are confirmed by us, whichever comes first.

  • Guest users must create an account using the same email address to cancel an order.
