  • To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • If 30 days have passed since delivery, we regret that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange. However, contact us, and we’ll do our best to assist.

  • Important: Customers must contact us via email at support@olkicks.com before initiating any return. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


2. Items Not Eligible for Returns

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Custom or personalized items (unless defective)

  • Health, personal care, or intimate goods

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

  • Sale or promotional items (Items purchased during promotions or sales are final and cannot be returned.)

4. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or promotional items cannot be refunded or returned.

  • Exchanges will be shipped within 5 business days of receiving your return.


6. Gifts

  • If your item was marked as a gift when purchased, you will receive a gift credit once the return is processed. A gift certificate will be emailed to you.

  • If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


7. Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for defective items.

  • For defective or damaged items, we offer free return shipping and will provide a prepaid return label upon request.
