Shipping Policy

  • Standard Shipping: Orders are typically delivered within 10-15 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Expedited Shipping: Depending on availability and location, expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee.

2. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Use this to monitor your delivery status.

  • International Customers: You are responsible for any additional customs fees, taxes, or duties incurred after shipping. While we strive to minimize such costs, they are beyond our control.

3. Delivery Delays

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen events such as weather, carrier issues, or customs processing. If delays occur, we’ll do our best to keep you informed.

4. Risk of Loss

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is handed over to the carrier. However, we’re here to help if issues arise. If your package is lost or damaged, contact us immediately at support@olkicks.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.


Returns Policy

1. General Return Policy

  • All sales are final. Returns are not accepted unless due to fulfillment errors, such as incorrect or missing items.

2. Sale and Promotional Items

  • Items purchased during sales or promotions are not eligible for return or exchange. Please ensure you select the correct size and review product details carefully before purchasing.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at support@olkicks.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or provide store credit as appropriate.

4. Return Process

  • Contact us via email at support@olkicks.com before initiating a return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • If approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued for errors such as incorrect or missing items. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

  • For late or missing refunds, check your bank account and contact your bank or credit card provider. If the issue persists, contact us at support@olkicks.com.


Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 3 hours of placement or before the order is confirmed by the seller, whichever comes first.

  • To cancel, log in to your OlKicks account, access “Track My Order,” and select “Cancel Order.”

  • If you checked out as a guest, please create an account using the same email address to manage your order.
